Logitech mouse not working.

I’m hoping you will help me. I installed 15.0 and am trying to get my new Logitech wireless mouse working. I have 14.3 and it works great, but when I switch to my 15.0 SSD drive no such luck. I’ve followed advice on this form and googled some thoughts, but none have helped. If you have time and any desire, I would be very appreciative.

Maybe ask in https://forums.freebsd.org/forums/peripheral-hardware.46/

I was going to suggest turning on usbhid in /boot/loader.conf:

hw.usb.usbhid.enable=1

I've read there were some HID changes in 15.0-RELEASE (and I'm still on 14.3) so unsure if this will help.

Try providing more information about the problem. Post all lines from dmesg related to your mouse when running on FreeBSD 14.3
How is the wireless mouse supposed to connect to the computer? Does it use Bluetooth or a USB dongle?

That is good one. How about this. Disable ums and see what grabs pointer? usbhid might catch it once UMS is disabled.
This I have seen. UMS stomping on other drivers.

/boot/loader,conf
hint.ums.0.disabled="1"

I have "hw.usb.usbhid.enable=0" in /boot/loader.conf. This is on an old macmini (intel dual-core i5) with a logitech usb receiver which communicates wirelessly with a m215 mouse. Works fine.
