It's a warning, not an error. As far as I've been able to dig on short notice, it seems to come from Mesa, often triggered by something Chrome does. Seems to be related to kcmp(2), but I can't find which file is apparently missing. But if everything is working as it should then I wouldn't worry about it too much.
