Xfce Xfce screen resolution changes

Hi,

After I enter my password and log in, the screen resolution changes automatically. I'm using Xfce 4.20, so I believe it's doing something to trigger this.
How can I disable this behavior and keep the resolution consistent?

Thanks in advance!

Are you using a display manger (sddm, lightdm, slim, etc), or console + startx?
lightdm is what I use at 1920x1080-60Hz, but after Xfce loads then it's switched to 1920x1080-165Hz. I don't use any xorg configuration for the display adapter.

Do the resolution of display manager and xfce settings' screen resolution match each other? I mean did you configure xfce monitor settings to be same with display Manager or had set a different resolution?

The resolution match, only the Hz is different. So, not exactly...

Yes, I configured my monitor to run on 165Hz, but it doesn't matter if I configure to be the same like in lightdm, after I type my password the screen resolution is adjusted by Xfce (the screen flickers anyway...).
