Privacy oriented WWW Browser recommendations

Until now I used librewolf, but thanks to fernandel, I realized that it is a sub-optimal solution, as it still makes some outward connections to places, I would like to avoid, and is a little bit behind firefox if it comes to security patches.

Actually I wanted to give the Mullvad browser a try.
It is not yet ported to FreeBSD, but I read that it can work with linuxulator, although without sound so far.
Firefox with arkenfox would be my second choice.
As I understand it, arkenfox is a user.js template for firefox.
In what way does it differ to librewolfs default settings ?

Quoted from arkenfox:
🟪 TOR BROWSER

If your threat model calls for anonymity and advanced fingerprinting protection, USE TOR BROWSER. You can also use Tor Browser for everyday browsing as another secondary browser. However, you're going to want a non-Tor Browser browser too, which is Firefox, so carry on reading :).
Ok, if it is possible my third choice for everyday browsing would be TOR.
Should I use TOR for everyday browsing if I have a VPN ?
Could TOR minimize my fingerprinting even more compared to firefox ?
I read that using TOR can make me stand out from the crew, but is it possible to change the outside of TOR to be recognized as firefox for other servers ?

One can spend all this time worrying about what the browser does but, once you visit 99% of all web sites, you've given up more than what any browser would protect you from.
That is why I am using a VPN.
But if the browser gives away more than I want, where is the point in security settings then ?

Im not sure how much of everything you can hide tbh but lets put ISP aside ... you can make your Firefox as TOR as TOR is build on Firefox and VPN - i use PIA ( Private internet access ) and i use ublock , in PIA i can set few options to hide fingerprints and etc ... but by end of the day - how much of everything you can hide or how much you are being tracked is kinda unknown and dont forget - your TV`s are listening to you :D
Privacy is a bit of black hole. People tend to use browsers inside VM`s, with VPN + Tor but as drhowarddrfine mentioned - you give up a lot when you visit a website.
Mostly websites tracks you last 3 website visits if i recall correctly so you just go same website 3 times ( lets say google.com every time you visit new website but this is time wasting .. plus - private browsing is a myth right ? Didnt google tracked private browsing ?

Well, I can only redirect my IP address to a VPN server, and from the VPN server to the ISP.
Providing the history that my VPN provider does not give out the identity of the user even if the user murders, or rape someone.
Even if they wanted, they do not have enough sources to pinpoint out a user...
So that aspect is safe, I would say :p
And no, I am innocent in this regard 😅

TOR has a VPN service, but it is not for free, right ?

but by end of the day - how much of everything you can hide
This website actually can show you what the browser reveals about you to the tracker.
It is kind of useful.

Didnt google tracked private browsing ?
Yes, but the point here is giving out as many false informations as possible.
A false geo location, a false OS + OS version, a nearly identical finger printing ID...
So, being tracked in the wrong direction would be the new private browsing, I guess. 🤣

The best privacy comes when you pull the RJ45 cable out of the socket.

One of my medical clients went for a very, very long time without any problems.
I called up the doctor and asked, "don't you love me anymore? I haven't seen you in ages. Aren't you having problems?
He replied, "We don't have internet."
