FreeBSD uses 70W on idle whereas Debian 12 uses 40W on the same PC

Just want to point that out. I recorded this via wattmeter, directly from the wall. For both, I waited 10 minutes for the CPU to go idle mode. Debian 12 starts with 60W and then goes to 40W ish. But FreeBSD stands still at 70W. Why is this? Is FreeBSD not letting the CPU go to C states to save power?

Note: FreeBSD is freshly installed. I did this command to use the radeon driver. Which this GPU normally uses radeon on Linux aswell. I also installed firmware for it:
gpu-firmware-amd-kmod-tahiti this one.
sysrc kld_list+=radeonkms
Note 2: Both are running XFCE. Actually Linux has a lot of things installed too.


The specs are:
Intel i3 8100
Sapphire AMD R9 280X 2GB GPU
16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM
Samsung SSD970 EVO
