Build fails with the same errors as I posted in #9.

Could be (maybe far fetched) a an old cmos battery. Could you maybe on reboot load default values in the bios? Or disable micro code updates and reboot?

That was it. I recompiled /usr/src/share and virtualbox starts again as expected. Uff, solved!
Seems it was a damaged /usr/share directory.

Edit: Also builds again.
