setxkbmap -layout tr
There's no way you could go graphical while in "single user mode" as expressed in FreeBSD terminology.I always run in single-user mode
$ vi /home/majorix/.xinitrc
$ export VARIABLE=value
setxkbmap -layout tr
export setxkbmap layout=tr
