Solved raidz free space

I want to make raidz2 array from 12 6TB HDDs. But iI see strange free space behavior with raidz2:

I have another system with 13 4TB hdd in raidz2

Every pools have ashift=12.
Can someone explain, why iI have so big difference with 6TB raidz2? May be iI can read some documentation about it? I mean how to determine how many space will be reserved for ZFS? Google does not help much. Only some notes about 1/64 (1,5%) of raw space. But even stripe shows
