"Printer Configuration" not working

I got this error when trying to run Printer Configuration settings.

Code:

The service 'Printer Configuration' does not provide an interface
'KCModule' with keyword
'system-config-printer-kde/system-config-printer-kde.py' The factory
does not support creating component of the specified type.

Possible reasons:

  An error occurred during your last kde upgrade leaving an orphaned
  control module.
  You have old third party modules lying around.

Please help me to fix this issue.

You need print/cups-base installed and running - # service cupsd start - for the printer configuration to work. I'll add a note to pkg-message.

I did that days ago but still no luck.
