autostart CDE...

Does anyone know how to get CDE running at system startup? It would really be nice if I could get some help on this, since I already got the system to display a splash screen.
 
As far as I know, CDE is not yet in ports and there are no FreeBSD specific startup scripts yet.
How I launch the login screen (dtlogin) is putting the following in my /etc/rc.local

Code: 
/usr/dt/bin/dtlogin &
