Solved Plasmashell runs at 100% since last upgrade

Well, I had this happen to me now on upgrading from 14.4-p5 to 14.4-p6.

Why is this a recurring problem on patch upgrades?

UPDATE: Never mind, I booted with an old kernel version that was buggy.
