lmdb lmdb0 conflict cause postfix upgrade to remove bind920

I ran pkg upgrade this morning and it removed bind920 and lmdb0 when upgrading postfix. I tried reinstalling bind920, but it removed postfix and lmdb.

I found a thread on reddit <https://www.reddit.com/r/freebsd/comments/1vktpro/cannot_install_samba_and_postifxsasl_at_the_same/> that suggested installing a cached version of postfix "pkg install /var/cache/pkg/postfix-3.11.6_1,1.pkg" which is a workaround for now.

Other suggestions were to use jails to keep them separate.

No problem on the "latest" package repository. EDIT: I checked also "quarterly" (2026Q4), all three ports (packages), dns/bind920, databases/lmdb0 and mail/postfix, are the same version as in the "latest" repository. See post # 3 /EDIT. In a test bhyve(8) vm they can be installed side by side.

Rich (BB code):
 % pkg info -q
abseil-20250127.1_2

No dependency on databases/lmdb:
Code:
% pkg info -d bind920 | grep lmdb
    lmdb0-0.9.35
    lmdb0-0.9.35 (liblmdb.so.0)

% pkg info -d postfix | grep lmdb
    lmdb0-0.9.35
    lmdb0-0.9.35 (liblmdb.so.0)

Try pkg update -f FreeBSD-ports. Check pkg repos package repositories.
