Is there a way to break down wired kernel usage?

Every discussion on this I can find is dominated by ARC, but I have a system which is pretty much out of memory, I am trying to avoid having to reboot it. It has just under 900M of wired usage with 1 gig RAM, and only 27M of that is on the ARC. The ARC has correctly starved itself, so that is not the issue in this case.

I want to learn whats sucking up all the wired usage so it can be tackled without throwing RAM at it or rebooting if possible.
