IPFW IPFW not working

If ipfw is bypassed (probably), there is no use arguing about ipfw rules. You should first check ifconfig -a, netstat -r, /etc/rc.conf and so on to find out how the network is configured.
If you want to contact the developer, go to mailing list or bugzilla, but I think there is not enough information.
