Solved gnupg missing option --write-env-file?

Hello ,

I have installed security/gnupg but have seen, that the option "--write-env-file" is missing.
Is it my fault? On Unix system it's still available.

gpg-agent --version

No, --write-env-file is gone. See https://www.gnupg.org/faq/whats-new-in-2.1.html#autostart for the why. Basically gpg-agent is started on demand (automatically) now. Also see the man page via man 1 gpg-agent.

Spoiler

I would link directly to the man page, but gpg-agent(1) leads to an outdated man page for an older version of security/gnupg with now wrong information.
