Hi!

When KDE 4.4 startup it complained that Nepomuk need Virtuoso-Soprano. I tried to install Virtuoso but it stopped at:
Code:
Waiting Virtuoso Server start on port 1111...
Waiting Virtuoso Server start on port 1111...
Waiting Virtuoso Server start on port 1111...
To stopped just crtl-C help.
When I installed Soprano, portmaster complain that Soprano need Virtuose and KDE 4 experimental libs for dependecies which we don't have anymore.
...And what is the "catch", please?

Thanks in advance.

You need the port databases/virtuoso and you need to add to /etc/rc.conf
Code:
virtuoso_enables="YES"
The problem does not appear to me, but it asks the virtuoso.ini file and does not know how to make it.

That post is 4.5 years old and the OP isn't even here any more. Don't bother. Do read this again, though.
