ZFS zfs question

Adding more than 1 drive on the post installation on zfs makes the other drives bootable with their own /bin /boot /usr /etc etch...
Does that mean that i install FreeBSD separately on each drive and every drive has it's own FreeBSD??
I am a bit confused.

This post is missing lots of vital information to help comment on it.

Adding a second drive during "ZFS" post-installation results in a bootable drive? I can't think of it. You probably chose a mirror option for the two drives during installation. Otherwise, you set the second drive as a zfs mirror of the first for redundancy after installation.

Not with a ZFS mirror or gmirror(8), no. It's one volume and thus one install. You do need a freebsd-boot and/or efi partition on each individual drive though, maybe that's confusing you?
