Solved Xfce Won't Boot

I was trying to install a GUI (KDE) but in the end it said
DISPLAY is not set or cannot connect to the x server kde.
I did run some commands but none of them help with the issue so I gave up on KDE and tried to install XFCE, I did pkg install xorg slim xfce, and enabled the slim, dbus, hald, moused in /etc/rc.conf, then echo ". /usr/local/etc/xdg/xfce4/xinitrc" > ~/.xinitrc. But now when I boot or using startx it won't boot to GUI, and when try service xfce start it says:
xfce does not exist in /etc/rc.d or the local startup
directories (/usr/local/etc/rc.d), or is not executable
Even tried different tutorials for installing Xfce but no luck. I feel like something's missing or I'm doing wrong but dunno where.
Would someone please help me with this issue!
