Xfce XFCE desktop creating file instead of folder

Hello. I use a translator.

I have a global problem with XFCE on different PCs. Choosing create folder from the context menu on the desktop, the file is created. Like mkdir with touch confused.

The network has managed to find only a confirmation, but not a solution.
 
What version of FreeBSD and what version of XFCE?

pkg info -x xfce
 
Does this issue happen in x11-fm/thunar?
If the item is available in the context menu, then you might have a graphics glitch where the mouse pointer lags (seen it happen).
Are these machines notebooks or desktops?
