Hello all,
when I click "Move to Trash" on drop down menu, the file(s) selected is(are) moved to /home/user/.local/share/Trash/files
But when I try to click on the Trash icon on Dekstop I get this error:
Code:
Failed to open "trash:///". The name .1:18 was not provided by any .service files.
when I click on Places of the File Manager, I get this error:
Code:
Failed to display the content of the Trash can. The name .1:18 was not provided by any .service files.
Trash had been working until yesterday. How can I solve the problem?
Best Regards

check if gvfsd-trash is running. It is part of gvfsd(1), the gvfs(7) virtual filesystem. gvfsd-trash is the part that is providing the trashcan. If it is not running, figure out if it crashed for some reason, or if it was not started at all.
