Solved Wireless Device Install FreeBSD 12.0-RELEASE r341666 GENERIC amd64

Yes, it's a dmesg that might help someone (by giving them system information) help you.
I just learned how to carryout the (dmesg > /tmp/foo process. I'm going to write down all steps for future reference. The only question I have is how to do the same with the results of a 'service netif restart' output.
 
The script command is also useful for capturing the output of a sequence of commands

You are not BLIND - I did not either! That is why I posted the loader.conf, rc.conf, and wpa_supplicant.conf. I'm totally bemused as to what is going on?? I even had the dongle plugged in when starting BSD form a turned off computer. I did plug the dongle into my old Windows 10 computer and it lite up and was ready to be loaded for use. Oh! I check the GENERIC Kernel and under wifi devices the run driver was part of the Kernel. I also checked the bsdconfig networking and then the wireless networks where I found "WARNING! No wireless device found": thus I'm as bemused as you are. Maybe my TP-Link
TL-WDN3200 was built with a different chip-set that will not be recognized by the RUN driver. I did try the rtwn, ral, ram, and rum drivers with no success too. But, it ran just fine until I upgraded to 13.2.

Also, when I used 'ifconfig wlan0 list scan' both of the 'ssids' were listed, but I believe that is because of wpa_supplicant.conf only.

In addition, when I 'service netif restart' the message is: wpa_supplicant failed to start.
 
How do I report that this whole issue was caused by not un-plugging the rj45 hard wire to my computer. Thus, I sincerely appoligize to all who spent their time with me. So, how do I lable this post as solved?
