LXDE 'Windows Key' in LXDE

I have just noticed that in LXDE under Preferences -> Setup Hot Keys there are a number of references to the <Super> key, ie the Windows key. And it does work.

Can I reference this <Super> key in other applications, eg emacs?

Yes, it's the Windows key. Also called Mod4 in some things, for example the dwm tiling window manager. Openbox, which is the thing behind LXDE, in its configuration file, uses W to describe it (as in Windows--Openbox uses A for Alt, C for Control and S for shift)
