Will Google Web Designer Work with FreeBSD?

Every time I google this question, I get different and contradictory answers. I suspect GWD will not work with FreeBSD. Although, according to Google:
Yes, if you have the Chrome browser installed on FreeBSD, you can likely run Google Web Designer as it is essentially a Chrome extension and will function as long as the Chrome browser is available on the system; the underlying technology is compatible with FreeBSD due to the open-source nature of Chromium, which is the foundation of Chrome.

Is this a freebsd package or port?

EDIT: I looked it up. The only downloads to install are for ubuntu and fedora so I don't know why Google would say it will work with FreeBSD. Of course, the linuxulator can get involved but...
