IANA does not seem to have given an address like 2.56.0.0/14.
That's the very definition of a bogon address.


Bogons include IP packets on the public Internet that contain addresses that are not in any range allocated or delegated by the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) or a delegated regional Internet registry (RIR) and allowed for public internet use.

Thank you. But I want to know how they did it. I did not find the relevant information on the IANA website.
