Hey all! My name is Wyatt and I've used FreeBSD a little, though I am primarily a Linux user. While I love using FreeBSD and prefer its more drawn-together philosophy of systems, I have never been able to use it at scale or for long. This is because of one reason: wifi. I have only used laptops that use iwlwifi, so I suppose there's a chance that my specific driver has been left in the dust. As for the problems, it is slow and just about half of the time it doesn't connect at all. I know there are efforts to improve this, and I would like to see if I can one day be able to, when my C is up to snuff, but I would like your inputs as to why it is this way technically, especially compared to something like Linux. Thanks!
