What did i do ? Internet speed dropped by 20-40 times

I did something.
I had speeds up to 80Mbps where my mobile router is "parked" - now im barely reaching 3-4Mbps. I though maybe my ISP cut my speeds, got new sim card - still same issues.
Laptop still does 20Mbps, Phone 60-80Mbps but my WS wired with 5E cat cable went down. Even barely reaching my local router and it shows not 1000 but 100 now.
My last commands was trying to update FBSD-14.1-STABLE , i know i typed wrong commands for updating:
etcupdate extract and etcupdate diff

Changed my ethernet cables - same issue so not a wiring problem.
My switch states: 100 Mbps HALF when it should be 1000 Mbps Full and i didnt touched my switch

Thank You.

EDIT:
As i do have dual network card - switched to second one - back to my speeds, so network 0 = problems, network 1 = good.

Glancing at subject lines in the freebsd-stable list for September, I don't see an explanation.

A one-off switch to pkgbase will simplify future updates, if you don't require a customised build of the OS.
I did something - thats why my speed dropped or maybe issues with my hardware ? Oh and i did chflags -R noschg src/ as i was reading forum to understand what i need to do as i could not do git pull. Basically i did newbie error - typed command before finishing reading :/ as i do have zfs and i cant rename /usr/src to /usr/src.bak

On the second note - i do wanna try to customize Kernel and explore options and i want to see how long it takes to make world etc. and pkgbase is still hard to understand and make world atm looks a bit easier option for me once i figure it out ( i might know how to do it just need more reading and find more examples on how to update STABLE while its on zfs ).
I still have not tried to revert to base os just after install as im trying to figure it out why my net speed just plummeted.
