vmagents eats all CPU

Hello

I've read about VictoriaMetrics and especially vmagent with much less memory usage than Prometheus and tried it. vmutils 1.86.6, go 1.20.3.

vmagent runs and eats all available CPU on any gathering but his own metrics.

I've googled something about high RAM usage fixed in 1.85; does anyone has any success using vmagent?

Try the latest available version of vmagent at https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/releases (this page contains the official binary releases for FreeBSD). If the high CPU usage issue still remains there, then please file a bug report at https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/issues , so the issue could be reproduced and fixed in the upcoming releases.
