This won't help because FreeBSD isn't a supported platform upstream, the porting of VirtualBox to FreeBSD is a community effort.

Did anyone check the version available in Ports? emulators/virtualbox-ose is at version 6.1.36, VirtualBox 7.x is not yet in ports...

Nothing prevents OP from trying to compile VirtualBox 7 on FreeBSD, but it's a tall order even for port's maintainers to do that. That's because you gotta make sure it actually works on FreeBSD, or do enough testing to determine that it's not happening.
