Solved Upgrading custom kernel from 13-RELEASE-p2 to 13-RELEASE-p3

Apologies if this is an obvious question, but I haven't found the answer in either the handbook nor the developer's handbook (maybe I missed it).

I want to upgrade my custom kernel from 13-RELEASE-p2 to 13-RELEASE-p3. I've checked out the source from the stable/13 branch using git. But I don't know which commit corresponds to the 13-RELEASE-p3.

How do I know which commit corresponds to the release I'm looking for?

Checked that one out as well and had a look at the tags. I don't see anything that mentions the release I'm looking for. Also did a search through the git log to see if it was mentioned in a commit comment, but that too yielded no results.

Thank you for this. How do you find this when you check out the source locally? I've looked in all 3 branches, stable/13, main, releng/13 and I can't find this anywhere.

Nvm. Just realized I was searching for the wrong string. I was searching for the actual change in the UPDATING file rather than commit message.
