Upgrading 13.2 -> 14.0 from source is not successful

It doesn't work. Activating BE with one of the 13.3-RELEASE options (except the default one) doesn't boot - can't mount (ZFS error 22: invalid fstype). So when it is booted I get to the original situation described in one of the first posts of this thread (https://forums.freebsd.org/threads/...om-source-is-not-successful.91263/post-631561).

Would you be interested in pkgbase for an upgrade? Or focus solely on a source-based upgrade in this case?
