Updating lang/perl5*

Hi, all.
I'm newbie to FreeBSD.
Sorry for my English, it's not native.

I am using FreeBSD 13.3-RELEASE-p5 GENERIC and portmaster for updating ports.
I need to update perl from perl5-5.36.3_1 to 5.36.3_2.
How to do this correctly?
Use the command portmaster -Hd perl-\* ?
Or adapt the command from /usr/ports/UPDATING portmaster -o lang/perl5.36.3_1 lang/perl5.36.3_2 ?

Those instructions are only for upgrading to a newer version if the default changes, i.e. from 5.34 to 5.36.
