Unity 5.6.7f1 confirmed to be working under FreeBSD Wine!

After some testing, and a boring Saturday, I have confirmed that this March 2019 build of Unity works under FreeBSD Wine!
Hopefully this can allow a basis for even newer versions of Unity, that would be really awesome to see.

Edit: I managed to get an even newer version of Unity working! (2019.4.40f1)

However, you need a custom build of wine-proton from: https://github.com/FreeBSD-Proton-Experimental-Porters/FreeBSD-Proton-Experimental
