I'm not quite sure if this ain't the right place to report observed issues,
but I don't know where else to tell.
I recently installed minetest by pkg.
After I did a pkg remove on that again
I later stumbled over that my neovim and mpv also were removed.
It's no big deal since they were quickly installed again,
but this ain't not really a clean package management in my eyes.
Especially not while pkg didn't list any of them in the "packages to remove" or any other list pkg shows.
Since I don't know how to get to the source of what this caused ("unlcean" deinstallation script of minetest?)
by feeling I simply suspect it may had something to do with the py39 packages,
because that were (also) removed and reinstalled.
