Unable to log in after expanding the cloud server disk. Is this a system issue or a cloud server issue?
Do not support 200GB hard drives?

I'd be more surprised if you were able to login on a system that doesn't even boot. Doesn't look like there was much on it. I suggest a reinstall. And please stop using that old MBR partitioning scheme. The entire world has been using GPT for quite some time now.
