Could you tell me how to display this word ?

In X windows, I can display it only after installing x11-fonts/noto. For example:
pkg install noto

There may be other ways on FreeBSD, but, if so, I don't know them. If you need to display it in a virtual terminal, I don't know how to do that either.

If I was going to use that glyph on my website and pass W3C validation I'd use the decimal code 30243 with my markup:
