There seems to be a problem with the bug tracker password reminder emails

The password reminder of the bug tracker displayed this:

A token for changing your password has been emailed to info@....ca. Follow the instructions in that email to change your password.

About 10 min, scratch that, make that 30 min, later still no email in that inbox. The mail server works, tested from another domain.
