UFS The automatic mounting of the NTFS partition, FAT32 partition, and UFS partition on the hard disk will be slow

There is a solid state disk and a mechanical hard disk on the notebook, solid state disk installed FREEBSD13.1, desktop for KDE5, mechanical hard disk installed Win10, mechanical hard disk has NTFS partition, FAT32 partition and UFS partition. When the mechanical hard disk is connected as shown in the following figure, the hard disk indicator is basically steady on, and the operation is slow or dead.

When the automatic connection is disabled, it can be used normally.

When switching to Windows 10, it will also stall.

Could have many different reasons. Please start debugging. Is the disk actually busy? Use iostat to find out how much IO it is actually doing. Are any processes busy using the disk? You can use top and vmstat to see whether the computer is busy. And if yes, what processes are keeping it busy. Is the spinning disk healthy? You can use smartctl to ask it about its health. And you could look at the dmesg output to see whether there are any warnings in there.
