I have a server that randomly freezes, it runs for an average of 3 days and then freezes, it doesn't reboot or panic, but the keyboard stops working, from the KVM (IPMI) I see no errors, but I do get a video that shows the login default screen asking for login: But when trying to send keys I get the message "HID queue is about to get fill" .
I changed the motherboard and memory (ECC, mem ok) but this still happening, there is nothing in the logs, no kernel panics/crashes, so my last attempt will be to change the CPU next week, don't know if there could be some overheat, I have seen random peaks around 80degres Celsius.
Any ideas on how to diagnose this? when the system freezes the server remains on and I can access the IPMI, from there I do a power cycle and the system starts up as normal.
This started to happen with FreeBSD 13 now using releng/14 RC2
