Syslogd Date and Time Format

I can't change the format of the date and time that is inserted in syslogd in the log files I get an example

<29>1 2024-02-20T10:23:56.037982+01:00

Sure. What syslog? What's actually logging? Because the standard syslogs all look fine:

Feb 18 19:45:18 hosaka kernel: ums0: <American Megatrends Inc. Virtual Keyboard and Mouse, class 0/0, rev 1.10/1.00, addr 2> on usbus2

Note, i use syslog-ng, date format in log files is :
Feb 20 10:13:54 freebsd devd[70442]

add this in rc.conf
syslogd_flags="-s -O syslog"

I use syslogd with the -O rfc5424 flag because I have a device that sends me messages in rfc5424, I wanted to try to modify the writing of the date in the log file and then format it for viewing with GoAccess
