Suggestion for addition of new section in Forums

I was thinking that it would be useful to add a new section to the forums dealing with specific popular packages. Under 'Packages' could be added specific subforums for the likes of emacs, vnc, kodi among many others which might prove useful to FreeBSD where these programs might be setup slightly differently from their Linux counterparts. It's often difficult to know where to turn for help for such FreeBSD ports.
 
Kodi questions can go to "Multimedia/Gaming", VNC is probably more at home in "Display Servers", the rest can go in "Installation of ports and packages" if it's about installing something. Configuring such applications will depend on the application itself, "Web and Network services" for example.

Select the right forum for new threads

More and more new threads are started in the General section of the forums, which is basically the forum of last resort, except when you actually want to discuss something belonging to the FreeBSD general base system, like programs in /bin, /sbin, /usr/bin, and /usr/sbin, e.g. ps, top, sshd...

When in doubt, just post in General. We'll move it if we feel it's more at place in some other section.
