So I am still trying to finishing my force rebuild of all ports since I upgraded from 10.1-RELEASE to 10.2-RELEASE.

I updated the my ports tree yesterday. I have tried:
as well trying to use portmaster directly on it. Ultimately I keep coming back to here. I've been patiently at this all day, between attending to a autumn yard work, including a fire. What am I missing, or doing wrong?
