Solved [Solved] Virus

Hi! I have a strange situation.

When I executed clamav to check my hard drive It printed the following

Code:
/usr/ports/www/libxul/work/mozilla-esr24/gfx/tests/crashtests/815489.html: HTML.CVE_2012_1526 FOUND

Can somebody explain me it really is some virus or something else ?

If there is nothing to be worried and I should delete this topic tell me please!

Re: Virus

Yes it is a virus! If you have done what previous post suggested you would see that the virus is harmless to your FreeBSD machine but not to Windows users. So be a good citizen and delete the file in question before exchanging any files with fellow Windows users.

Re: Virus

It's clearly part of a test suite based on the path and it is meant to be potentially harmful piece of HTML/whateverscript code used for security testing of www/libxul. It shouldn't be surprising that a virus scanner reports it as harmful. If you do make clean in the port directory the work directory gets deleted and so does the offending file as well.
