C Simple program for a simple Stopwatch (C/ncurses)?

I am looking for a terminal stopwatch (to do like your stopwatch watch, i.e. to count the time passed).

Would you know a simple programme for a Stopwatch (compiled with C + ncurses)?

(thank you, but Python is very ugly in MY personal opinion. I much prefer C or C++, because I can compile it on anything especially my HP calc HP50 and Unix machines.)

In UK, there is the so called MATH RACE. Have you ever hear of it, under ncurses
This one is better, it does help for asking maths (x table).
