signal-desktop not installable on latest

Hi all,
I'm on 13.1 and trying to install signal-desktop. pkg search signal-desktop sees it, but when I try to pkg install it I get "pkg: No packages available to install matching 'signal-desktop' have been found in the repositories". I tried forcing an update of my pkg cache as well, and tried on a few other machines. It looks like it's broken in latest, as machines on quarterly can get it just fine. Freshports details seem OK, so I'm not sure what is up. Maybe I just need to wait a few days for things to sync up?
