Enlightenment Seg faults and freezes

Is anyone else experiencing frequent segfaults and freezes with Enlightenment e19?
I'm using Nvidia drivers. If so any suggestions to correct the situation?

To improve the stability of E19 you should disable:
- all E19 filemanager staff
- all unneeded modules
- everything starter
You will get (almost) stable WM. I'm using it on everyday basis on my laptop.
Probably, there are still some problems as _sometimes_ it freezes. There are some PRs about FreeBSD version in their phab, it seems that something is improved in E20.

I really want to try the Enlightenment-wm on my PC, but like drforbin, I experienced a lot of freezes and alike...
Do you could be more specific with the disable thing? Don't understand what you mean with it... Where should I go to disable such things?

Main Menu -> Settings -> Modules -> Utilities - disable all unneeded modules
Main Menu -> Settings -> Modules -> System - disable all unneeded modules
Main Menu -> Settings -> Modules -> Files - disable all modules
Main Menu -> Settings -> Modules -> Launcher - disable "Everything"
