See only new threads since last login

I have been through all the threads on this forum and from this point on I would only like to see the “new threads” since my last login. I am not interested in receiving mass quantities of emails about new posts to some thread I read in the past.
Is there some way to configure this?
 
How about looking at the top right corner of the page (You last visited: dd at hh:mm), clicking New Posts and opening any thread newer than the last visited?
 
You missed the meaning of the post. Only want new threads to show on the screen. IE: anything older than my last login is not listed at all.
 
You can only get 'New Posts', not 'New Threads'. Either read all of the unread posts, or choose 'Mark Forums Read' (under 'Quick Links') before you leave.

If you want to disable emails, set your Forum Options to not subscribe you to threads by default.
