There are a bunch of moving parts here, so I'm not quite sure where to look for different settings...
My display is 3840x2160 with Xft.dpi set to 168 in .xinitrc. I've set up bhyve with VNC with the default 1024x768 fbuf display. When I connect using tigervnc, the window shows up - but it's pretty small. It's not a matter of setting the resolution... even if I max the resolution, the text looks pretty small.
So I'd like to be able to scale what tigervnc shows me. I haven't found way with tigervnc specifically.
Is there a way to do that with i3, or X11?
