Sade no root partition

I setup a new server based on 14.3-RELEASE-p5. I then added a new storage device. I try to configure this new storage device but then I get "No root partition was found. The root partition must have a mountpoint of '/'." Indeed, sade shows that the root partition is not mounted on / but the system runs ok. See the image below. Device ada0p3 is the root filesystem. What is wrong with this installation?

Nothing's wrong. ZFS isn't mounted through /etc/fstab.

Ok but if I try to configure ada1, it says "No root partition was found. The root partition must have a mountpoint of '/'.". So unable to use sade or bsdinstall or geomman.

Use gpart(8).
