Solved Ruby21 libyaml issue

Can't confirm / deny that the UPDATING instructions were missed on the one host. But I just came across a host with Ruby20 and tried the instructions from #20150301 and that process also failed and again libyaml was involved.

This is definitely, in my opinion, an issue specific to your hosts environment in that case and not a ports issue. What the cause of the issue is unfortunately I really don't know. One thing that comes to mind is someone manually created soft links to a library(s) at some point to get around a previous issue.
