It seems as if the user doesn't realize that the way to be removed is to send a message to the moderators. To ziomario, the way to have your account removed is to send a private message to any of the moderators, or hope one of them sees this thread. The trouble with posting such a message here is that it's unlikely that anyone who can help will see this, and, as you can see, those who do notice the post aren't necessarily going to post helpful messages about how to be removed.
